Intentionally Stunning

The best part of the process is witnessing happiness in your
new space.

OUR FAVORITE PROJECTS

Milton 2022

Built in 1910, this Eastown gem needed a little openness and breathing room. We were able to open up the kitchen to the view of the dining room, creating space for a coffee bar as well as vaulting the kitchen ceiling to create a bigger, brighter space to cook and entertain in. We created a new primary en suite giving the space a more luxurious feel as well as better functionality.

This particular coffee bar, with its blue zellige backsplash, white oak cabinetry, and unlaquered brass hardware has served as an inspiration for multiple customer’s projects, and we are always flattered when folks seek to customize an idea that we loved executing in one of our favorite homes to date.

EASTWOOD 2020

This kitchen was originally a galley style which was very closed off. We were able to open up the space, letting in massive amounts of light and add natural wood beams to bring a sense of warmth to the white and cream tones.

This project was such a joy to work on and the customer had flawless taste. So much so, that it resulted in her working at RENDR for a time and executing several stunning projects as part of our team!

HONEY CREEK 2022

This home was built to accommodate several acres of wetlands. In addition, it needed to be big enough to accommodate a growing young family who loves to host guests while also staying as close to their desired budget as possible. We intentionally planned the lower level for future construction to add guest rooms, wine storage, and a den.
